2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測(ce)。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
