承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度由(you)數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精(jing)準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟(ruan)性設(she)計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回精準定(ding)位生產(chan)加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外遇保護器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
