承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱度(du)(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選用絞接軟性(xing)設(she)計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密(mi)度(du)和(he)配(pei)合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維(wei)護和防(fang)外遇保護器(qi)(qi),安(an)全性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無(wu)邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每(mei)平米。
