1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古(gu)典(dian)箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)(du)(du)由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)(du)(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
橋式雙梁起重機端梁一部分(fen)

4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精(jing)密度。
