承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做(zuo),無(wu)對接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總(zong)體(ti)拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu)(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一(yi)回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅(qu)動器維護和(he)防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接,保(bao)證整個(ge)設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計(ji)方案(an),路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每(mei)平米。
