承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組(zu)織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無(wu)對接焊縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案(an),防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選(xuan)用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精(jing)準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安(an)全性有確(que)保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證整(zheng)個設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
