承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu)(xiu),消地應(ying)力(li)、防銹(xiu)(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防(fang)止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位(wei)生產(chan)加工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護和防外(wai)遇(yu)保護器,安(an)全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路軌與路面每平米。
