承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設(she)計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制(zhi)做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數(shu)控(kong)切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精準定位生產加工(gong),保證規格(ge)精密(mi)度(du)和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動(dong)器維護和(he)防外遇保護器,安全性有確(que)保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌(gui)與(yu)路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
