承重梁構造
1,承重梁采用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁機(ji)構設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,采(cai)用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總(zong)體(ti)拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,做到(dao)Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大載貨量起(qi)重機端(duan)梁采(cai)用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“三條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆(lu)采用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一次精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁采用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。

3,鋼絲繩(sheng)卷筒(tong)采用厚(hou)鋼板生產短接軸方式,并對焊接開展(zhan)無損檢測;
4,動滑輪所有采用熱軋(ya)滑輪;
