承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板(ban)制做,無(wu)對接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎(shu)直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由(you)數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設計(ji)方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一(yi)回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密(mi)度和配合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和防(fang)外遇(yu)保(bao)護器,安(an)全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門(men)端梁選(xuan)用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
