承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用(yong)絞接軟性(xing)設計(ji)方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產(chan)加工,保證規(gui)格精密度(du)和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇(yu)保護器,安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證(zheng)整個(ge)設(she)備構(gou)造(zao)抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用(yong)矩形方管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面(mian)每平(ping)米。
