承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制(zhi)做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi)(qi),安全(quan)性(xing)有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個(ge)設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端(duan)梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設(she)計方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
