承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計方案(an),重量(liang)輕,合(he)理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋(pao)丸除銹,消(xiao)地應(ying)力(li)、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回(hui)精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護器(qi),安全性(xing)有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每(mei)平(ping)米(mi)。
