承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更(geng)牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)(du)由(you)數(shu)控切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回(hui)精準定位(wei)生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密(mi)度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)(you)雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的(de)車轱轆(lu)、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全性有(you)(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每平(ping)米。
