承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板制做(zuo),無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)(du)由數(shu)控切割整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開(kai)料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應(ying)用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規(gui)格精密度和(he)配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護和(he)防(fang)外(wai)遇保護器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證(zheng)整(zheng)個設備(bei)構造抗(kang)壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用(yong)矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案(an),路軌與路面每(mei)平米(mi)。
