承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設(she)計(ji)方(fang)案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力(li)、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)(yong)數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精(jing)(jing)準定位(wei)生(sheng)產加工(gong),保(bao)證(zheng)規格精(jing)(jing)密度和配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護和防外遇(yu)保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案(an),路軌(gui)與路面每(mei)平米。
