承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案(an),重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由(you)數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總體(ti)拋(pao)丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產(chan)加(jia)工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車(che)轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每(mei)平(ping)米。

1,雙梁(liang)小轎車(che)承重(zhong)(zhong)梁(liang)與承重(zhong)(zhong)梁(liang)選用(yong)軟性絞接方式;防止“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運作。
