承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板制做(zuo),無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)(du)(du)為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)(du)(du)由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度(du)(du)(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方(fang)案,防止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑(xian)床(chuang)一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產(chan)加工,保證規格精密度和(he)配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和防外遇(yu)保護器(qi)(qi),安全(quan)性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造(zao)抗(kang)壓強度(du)和精(jing)密(mi)度(du)。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每(mei)平米。
