承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案(an),重量(liang)輕,合(he)理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工,保(bao)證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維護和防(fang)外遇保護器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩(ju)形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方案(an),路軌與路面(mian)每平(ping)米。
