承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方案,重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應(ying)力(li)、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方(fang)案(an),防止“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式(shi),應(ying)用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定(ding)位生(sheng)產加(jia)工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米(mi)。
