承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織(zhi)設計方(fang)案,重量輕(qing),合理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一回精準(zhun)定位(wei)生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保(bao)證整個設備構造(zao)抗(kang)壓強度和(he)精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁(liang)選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱(gu)轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設計方(fang)案(an),路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
