承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐(ou)式古典箱型(xing)梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控(kong)切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu)(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計(ji)方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產加工(gong),保(bao)證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安(an)全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯(lian)接,保(bao)證整(zheng)個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆(lu)為(wei)無(wu)邊緣設計方(fang)(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
