承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁(liang)組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)開料(liao),精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計(ji)方案,防(fang)止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和(he)配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備構(gou)造(zao)抗(kang)壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
