承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度(du)由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精密(mi)度(du)和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有(you)(you)雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護和防外遇保護器,安全性有(you)(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用(yong)矩(ju)形方管制(zhi)做,車轱(gu)轆(lu)為無邊(bian)緣設計方案(an),路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每(mei)平(ping)米。
