承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做(zuo),無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼板(ban)原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性(xing)設計方(fang)案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規(gui)格(ge)精密(mi)度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和(he)防外遇保護器(qi),安(an)全性有(you)確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方案(an),路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面(mian)每平米。

1,雙梁小轎車承重梁與承重梁選用軟性絞接方式;防止“幾條腿”運作。
