承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱(xiang)型梁組織設(she)計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總(zong)體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞(jiao)接軟性設(she)計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和(he)防(fang)外遇(yu)保護(hu)器(qi),安全性(xing)有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺(luo)栓聯接(jie),保證整個(ge)設備構造抗(kang)壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每(mei)平(ping)米。
