承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準(zhun)度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自(zi)動焊(han)(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格精密度(du)和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保(bao)證整個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度和精(jing)密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)(fang)案(an),路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
