承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無(wu)對接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼(pin)湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由(you)數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案(an),防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外遇保護器,安全性有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證整個設(she)備(bei)構造(zao)抗壓強度和精(jing)密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平米(mi)。
