承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)制(zhi)做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精(jing)準度高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精準定位生(sheng)產(chan)加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器、驅(qu)動器維護和防外(wai)遇保護器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門(men)端(duan)梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱(gu)轆(lu)為無邊(bian)緣設(she)計(ji)方(fang)案(an),路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每(mei)平米。
