承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和(he)配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動(dong)器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗(kang)壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米。
