2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無(wu)對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無(wu)損檢測(ce)。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
橋式雙梁起重機端(duan)梁一部分
1,大噸數起重設(she)備(bei)端梁(liang)選(xuan)用絞接(jie)軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外(wai)遇保護器,安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
