單梁式起(qi)重機(ji)的構造特性(xing)
承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁采用歐式古典箱型梁機構設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控(kong)切割整板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,采用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地(di)應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,做到Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大載貨量起重機(ji)端梁采用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“三條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆采用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一次精準定位生產(chan)加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和(he)防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全(quan)性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁采用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯(lian)接,保(bao)證整(zheng)個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。

1,全歐式古(gu)典(dian)設計方(fang)案,合理減少重量,提升提高室(shi)內空間。
2,減(jian)速(su)機采用起重(zhong)機專(zhuan)用型的H系列(lie)產品硬(ying)齒面減(jian)速(su)機,承載力高,使用期(qi)長。
3,鋼絲繩卷筒采用厚鋼板(ban)生產短接軸方式(shi),并(bing)對焊接開展無(wu)損檢測;
4,動滑輪所有(you)采用熱軋滑輪;
