2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
橋(qiao)式雙梁起(qi)重(zhong)機端梁一部分
1,大噸數起重(zhong)設備端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度和(he)配合尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇(yu)保護器,安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和精(jing)密度。
