承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕(qing),合(he)理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊(han)縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟(ruan)性設計方案(an),防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)(tang)銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精準定(ding)位生產加工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度和配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性(xing)有(you)確(que)保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度(du)(du)和精密度(du)(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端(duan)梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米(mi)。
