承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由(you)數(shu)控切割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動(dong)焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗(kang)壓(ya)強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無(wu)邊緣設計方(fang)案(an),路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
