承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式(shi)古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方案,重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用(yong)數控(kong)機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度(du)和配(pei)合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維護和防(fang)外遇保護器,安(an)全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
