2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接(jie)焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
