承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)(han)自(zi)動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟(ruan)性設(she)計方案,防(fang)止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆(lu)選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規(gui)格精密度和配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣(yuan)的(de)車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和(he)防外(wai)遇(yu)保(bao)護器,安全(quan)性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強度(du)和(he)精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)案(an),路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
