承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐(ou)式(shi)古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由(you)數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設(she)計(ji)方案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝有雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全(quan)性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度(du)(du)和精密度(du)(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平(ping)米。
