承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方案(an),重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地(di)應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性設計方案(an),防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)銑床一回(hui)精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度(du)和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護器,安全(quan)性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整(zheng)個(ge)設(she)備構造(zao)抗(kang)壓(ya)強度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。

1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重(zhong)梁(liang)與承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用(yong)軟性(xing)絞接方(fang)式;防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
