承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)(liang)組織設(she)計方案(an),重量輕,合理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更(geng)牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由(you)數(shu)控(kong)切(qie)割(ge)整個PCB線路(lu)板開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材(cai)料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性(xing)設(she)計方案(an),防止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個(ge)設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制做(zuo),車(che)轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
