承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度(du)由數控(kong)切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開(kai)料(liao),精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢(jian)測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性設計(ji)方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式(shi),應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回(hui)精準定位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每平(ping)米。
