承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)(du)由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開(kai)料(liao),精準(zhun)度(du)(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損(sun)檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準定位(wei)生產(chan)加工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和(he)配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維(wei)護和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整(zheng)個設備構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)(fang)管(guan)制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
