承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織(zhi)設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選(xuan)用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精密度(du)和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外遇(yu)保護器(qi),安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯(lian)接(jie),保(bao)證整(zheng)個設(she)備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
