承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計(ji)方案,重量(liang)輕,合理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做(zuo),無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精準定位生產加工(gong),保(bao)證規(gui)格(ge)精密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護(hu)(hu)和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi),安全(quan)性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案(an),路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每平(ping)米(mi)。
