承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設(she)計方案,重量輕(qing),合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后(hou)總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和(he)配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護器,安全(quan)性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用(yong)矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
