承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自(zi)動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞(jiao)接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精(jing)(jing)準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產加工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)(jing)密度和(he)配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備(bei)構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
