承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組織(zhi)設計(ji)方(fang)案(an),重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做(zuo),無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊(bian)緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
