承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板開料(liao),精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理(li),超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回(hui)精準(zhun)定位(wei)生(sheng)產加工(gong),保(bao)證規(gui)格(ge)精密(mi)度和配合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構(gou)造(zao)抗(kang)壓強度(du)(du)和精密度(du)(du)。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
