承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量(liang)輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊(han)縫,比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精(jing)準定(ding)位生產加工(gong),保證規格精(jing)密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍(long)門(men)端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做(zuo),車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方案(an),路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面(mian)每平米。

1,雙梁小轎(jiao)車承重梁與承重梁選用(yong)軟性絞接(jie)方式(shi);防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
